Choose one customer journey
Define which users need access, the questions they ask, the actions they need, and the operational system behind each answer.

CUSTOMER PORTAL DEVELOPMENT
Repeated status emails are often a sign that customers cannot see or complete the next step. We build customer portals around the information and actions that matter in your service.

WHAT WE BUILD
A customer portal is a signed-in workspace where customers can access permitted information and complete agreed actions. A useful first release might cover one journey: submit a request, provide the required documents, and see what happens next.

FROM WORKFLOW TO WORKING SOFTWARE
Define which users need access, the questions they ask, the actions they need, and the operational system behind each answer.
Specify invitations, account membership, permissions, recovery, and what happens when a customer contact leaves.
Map the portal actions to the tools or new workflow your team will use. Show status and errors in language customers understand.
Test the agreed journeys and account boundaries, document support procedures, and introduce the portal to a manageable initial user group.
Deliverables, price, timing, and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal and agreement. See our discovery and delivery process →
CHOOSE THE RIGHT APPROACH
Use a portal already included in your CRM or service platform when it supports the journey and access model you need. Custom development becomes relevant when customer actions, account permissions, or operational handoffs do not fit the available product.

Bring the repeated requests you receive, an example of the documents involved, and the roles that need access. We can assess a useful first journey before discussing a larger portal.
We focus on new software and connected workflows for established businesses. Taking over another team's code and pre-revenue ventures are outside our current offering.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Yes. A contact form sends information once. A portal gives an identified user continuing access to permitted information and actions, so account access and operational ownership become part of the scope.
The access model should separate customer accounts and define any intentional shared access. Those boundaries must be tested before launch; a login screen alone is not sufficient.
We assess your CRM access, supported interfaces, and required fields during discovery. The portal should show the information your systems can reliably supply.
There is no fixed package price. After the fit conversation, paid discovery defines a useful scope. Build pricing and milestones are agreed in the proposal; ongoing support can be arranged under a separate retainer.
LET'S LOOK AT YOUR WORKFLOW

RESEARCH YOUR NEXT STEP
Start a customer portal with one recurring customer task that can be completed reliably. Account access and a dashboard are supporting features, not the outcome by themselves.
Define access at the customer organization, record, and action levels. A valid login should not automatically allow every employee of a customer to view or change everything.
Use a contact form when the next step requires staff judgment. Consider self-service when customers can complete a repeatable action against reliable records and clear rules.
