This notice explains how we handle information on agenticship.ai. For privacy questions or requests, contact office@agenticship.ai.
Information you choose to send
The project inquiry form asks for your work email, company and a short description of your needs. Your name is optional. We use this information to answer, assess fit and follow up on your inquiry. You do not have to submit a form; without the required fields we cannot process it. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or customer records.
Who receives information
Inquiries are available to authorized members of the AgenticShip team and stored using Cloudflare’s hosting and database services. If you allow analytics, Google processes site usage data. We do not send the values of inquiry fields in our analytics events. Service providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices apply to their own services.
Cookies, attribution and technical data
Analytics is optional and off until you allow it. With permission, we record site visits and conversion events and retain the landing page, referring hostname and campaign parameters for the browser session. Without analytics permission, an inquiry records only the page from which it is sent. Hosting and security systems process technical request information to deliver the site and protect against abuse. Our form rate limit uses a changing hash of the request IP rather than storing the raw IP in the leads database.
Course registration and payment
The separate course registration form collects your name, email, country and cohort preference. Submitting it sends these details to our registration workflow using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets before redirecting to PayPal. PayPal processes payment under its own policies; this website does not ask for your card details. Registration details are kept in page memory for the current checkout, not in permanent browser storage.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry information is used for response, follow-up and any resulting business relationship. Contact us to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion. We assess requests under applicable requirements and may need to verify identity. Necessary records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Cookie choices expire after 180 days; analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Language and accessibility choices remain until you reset them or clear browser storage.
