WORKFLOW AUTOMATION SERVICES
When every request needs someone to copy data, assign an owner, and chase the next step, growth adds coordination. We design and build workflow automation around the process your team already runs.

WHAT WE BUILD
Business workflow automation turns a repeatable process into connected steps: capture the request, apply agreed rules, assign responsibility, update the right system, and surface exceptions. We start by mapping those steps with the people doing the work.

FROM WORKFLOW TO WORKING SOFTWARE
A map of the current steps, source systems, owners, recurring exceptions, and a measurable starting point.
An agreed trigger, routing rules, connected actions, and a visible queue for work that needs review.
Checks for missing data, duplicate requests, unavailable services, and changes made while a request is in progress.
A walkthrough, operating notes, and agreed support responsibilities. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.
Deliverables, price, timing, and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal and agreement. See our discovery and delivery process →
CHOOSE THE RIGHT APPROACH
If an existing tool can cover the process with a configuration change, start there. Custom workflow automation is worth exploring when work crosses systems, involves business-specific rules, or needs a shared place to handle exceptions.
Compare building, buying, and automating →A USEFUL FIRST CONVERSATION
Bring one recent request from start to finish, the tools involved, how often it repeats, and where someone had to intervene. We use that example to assess whether a focused first build makes sense.
We focus on new software and connected workflows for established businesses. Taking over another team's code and pre-revenue ventures are outside our current offering.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
No. Rules are often the right choice for predictable routing and updates. AI may help with unstructured documents or requests, with its role and review requirements agreed during discovery.
We assess the available APIs, exports, permissions, and account plans before promising a connection. Some tools may need a different plan or a manual handoff.
Agree a baseline such as manual touches per request, time to assign an owner, or unresolved exceptions. Compare the same process before and after a pilot; we do not promise a fixed percentage improvement.
There is no fixed package price. After the fit conversation, paid discovery defines a useful scope. Build pricing and milestones are agreed in the proposal; ongoing support can be arranged under a separate retainer.

RESEARCH YOUR NEXT STEP
Choose a frequent, understandable workflow with a clear owner, accessible inputs, a measurable baseline, and a manageable failure path. Start where you can evaluate the result, not where the demo looks most impressive.
An approval workflow needs a decision owner, clear criteria, and a path for changes or absence. A button labeled approve does not define the operating process.
A sales handoff should transfer a delivery-ready commitment, not just change a deal status. Define the information and acceptance needed before operations takes ownership.
